研究室に来ているロシアの留学生に意味合いを尋ねたら、
パラグラフを無視してごっちゃにしちゃダメって言われ解説してもらった。
原文を読むとメドベージェフは、
１．日本の被災者の為に全力で支援する用意がある。
　　医療処置を緊急に必要とする人々を受け入れる用意がある。

２．被災した子供たちやその家族の心のケアーのために、
　　ロシアの保養地・リゾート地を開放する用意がある。

３．現政府関係者をシベリア送りにするなら受け入れる。

簡単に書くと、
メドベージェフは日本国民苦しみを理解しできることがあれば全力で手伝いたい。
が、現在の政府民主党、てめえはだめだ。

って解説してもらった。
メド、日本の政府民主党の滅茶苦茶さにマジ切れしているみたい。
つか要は無能な民主党議員はシベリア送りだ！としか原文は読めないってよ。
